1. Vehicle Pricing & Token Deposits

All ex-showroom vehicle prices displayed on www.seekamotors.com are subject to state road taxes, insurance, and government subsidy adjustments. Token booking deposits (₹499 / ₹999) are 100% refundable prior to vehicle invoicing.

2. Test Ride Appointments

Test ride appointments booked through our website are subject to vehicle and slot availability at the selected authorized Seeka Experience Centre. A valid driving license is required for testing high-speed RTO models.

3. Intellectual Property

All brand marks, vehicle designs, images, videos, and website contents belong exclusively to Seeka E-Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Shriram Group Enterprise).
